Every online showroom on Le New Black comes with a functioning mailbox to manage the relationship between you and your buyers. The mailbox contains all the invitations, selections, and orders that have been sent to buyers. It is also possible for brands to track their invitations and selections via the mailbox.
To manage your mailbox
1. Click on Mailbox
2. Click on the Sent tab
On the following page, all the sent invitations and selections will be listed. And can be sorted by the Not Opened, Opened, Rejected tabs.
3. Open the message
To track the events of an opened invitation or selection click on the relevant messages and click on the Events tab to see all the activities on the buyer’s side.
