Sending selections

Selections allows you to present the new collection and make a customised selection of products to attract a client. Sending selections through Le New Black is a great way to reach out to your customers and prospects with a customised content and get your quantities confirmed quickly.

To send a selection, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to My Showroom > Tools > Send selection
   
   
2. Select a buyer from your clients list then select the collection or catalog
   
   
3. Add all colors of a product by clicking on Add to cart. If you want to send a specific variant or a selection of variants, click on the View button then add the desired variants
   
   
4. Click on Select variants at the bottom to proceed and check the selected variants. You can use filters or click on Tools to show/hide Unselected variants in this step
   
   
5. Click on Set buyer details for the next step. Fill the payment or delivery conditions if needed. If you filled these fields on the price list or on the retailer profile, they will be pre-filled in this step
   
   
6. Click on Review and Send to proceed. Check the selection one last time and click on Send selection
