Blocking a retailer

Profile authorised: Brand manager

When you end your collaboration with a retailer, you may want to remove his access to your showroom. It is possible by blocking his profile.

Please note that if you have a Black Lite or Black Pro package, your showroom needs to be in restricted access to be able to block retailers. Contact your account manager for more information.

To block a retailer, follow the steps below:
 

1. Navigate to the Customers menu > Retailers
    
2. Enter the desired retailer by clicking on its name
    
3. Go to the Settings tab
    
4. Click on the dropdown menu next to Access to showroom
    
5. Select Blocked status
    
6. Save
    

All buyers linked to this retailer will no longer be able to login to your showroom from this retailer profile.
