The Abandoned carts page allows you to see the buyers' carts that were not finalised or sent to you. This will help you find the buyers that may need reminders to send their order before your preorder deadline.

Accessing abandoned carts

To access abandoned carts, navigate to the Customers menu > Abandoned carts.

Please note that the carts displayed in this page were created at least one day ago and are not older than 60 days. Carts are no longer visible 60 days after their creation. 

In this page, you may use different filters to find the abandoned carts of a specific retailer or a time period. 

You will also find a shortcut access to export the carts in a CSV file by clicking on the Export carts button at the top right. 
 

Exporting abandoned carts

To export abandoned carts, follow the steps below:
 

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center > Exports column
    
2. Click on Sales > Abandoned carts
    
3. Use filters if needed. You can filter from a specific time period, retailer, price list or customer group
    
4. Click on Export
