Profile authorised: Brand manager, Sales rep
To block a specific buyer from accessing your showroom, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Customers menu > Buyers
- Enter the desired buyer profile by clicking on its name
- Click on the dropdown menu next to Status and select Blocked
- Save
The buyer will no longer be able to login to your showroom even if his retailer profiles are in Connected status.
