This article will give you all the tips and tools to optimise your order-taking.

Filtering and sorting

The button Filter on the top-left allows you to filter all products by Category, Fabric and Tags.

You may see a search bar that helps you filter by Name, Model, Reference , EAN13 or SKU as well.

During the first step of order-taking (Select products), you will be able to hide the products out of stocks by selecting No inside the dropdown menu if you are placing an order on a stock-based collection/catalogue.

The Sort button allows to sort your order sheet in the second step (Set quantities) to enter your quantities following a specific sort: Added to cart, Order in catalog or Product name.

Please note that the final order sheet will be sorted by the setting visible in your back-office settings (settings wheel > Settings > Orders tab > Sort order sheet by: Added to cart or Product name). You may contact your account manager if you wish to modify the sorting of your final order sheet. 

Selecting the basket view

During the first step of order-taking (Select products), you can change the basket view to ease the way you want to add products or quantities. You may find below the description of each layout. 

• The Default view allows you to view products with bigger image and buttons. You can add quantities directly by clicking on Quantities button in this first step.
  
  
• The Compact view allows you to view more products per line with a focus on adding to cart button. You cannot place quantities from this view.
  
  
• The Compact table view allows you to see one product per line instead of products sheets. You can click on the magnifying glass to add quantities directly or on the cart button to add the product in your cart.
  
  
• The Order taking table view allows you to see all products per SKU sorted by line in order to place quantities directly in each size/color.

Moreover in the Set quantities and Order review steps, you can also use the buttons on the top-right to hide the quantities lines of each product. 

Adding products and quantities efficiently

The button Quick-add to cart allows you to search a product by Name, Reference, EAN13 or SKU to add it automatically in your cart.

The button Tools allows you to use the Auto-tab feature to ease quantity typing by automatically moving to the next size. If you set the Auto-tab to Units when typing quantity "2" in first size, focus will automatically move to second size. You can set the Auto-tab by Units, Tens or Hundreds.

Copy and paste quantities

During the second step of order-taking (Set quantities), you will be able to copy and paste quickly quantities with two buttons. Please note that this feature is only available in the Order basket layout: View by variant.

• The Copy button allows you to copy and paste specific quantities from one variant to another variant manually. When you finish pasting all the quantities, you can click on the cross to stop the pasting.
  
  
  
• The Apply to all similar sizings button allows you copy and paste quantities in bulk from one variant to all products in you cart which have the same size chart. This is an irreversible action thus you may confirm it by clicking on the OK button.
