Hide variants with no quantities in pending orders

Allowed profile : Brand manager

By default, all product variants are displayed in pending orders, so buyers can see which colors or options are available at any time.

You can change this behaviour to show only variants where quantities have been entered — handy if you've already aligned on variant choices with the buyer beforehand, or simply want a more compact and focused order sheet.

To display only variants with quantities:
 

1. Navigate to the ⚙️ settings wheel > Settings
    
2. Go to the Orders tab
    
3. Disable the Show variants with no qty toggle
    
4. Click on Save
    

Your pending orders will now display only variants where quantities have been entered, both in the interface and in the Document center where you can download the order sheet in Excel or PDF.
