Allowed profiles: Brand manager, sales manager, sales admin and sales rep
By default, once you have confirmed an order by changing its status to Confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it. However, as a brand member, you can change an order's status. You may therefore change an order's status to Open for buyer or Open for brand either to enable the buyer to make the required changes or to do so yourself.
To allow modifications, you first need to reverse the Confirmed order to Open for brand or Open for buyer status. You may refer to this article for instructions on changing an order’s status.
If the buyer wants to make the changes, you may switch to Open for buyer status. You may send this article for instructions on how to proceed next.
If you want to make the changes yourself, you may switch the order to Open for brand status and follow the steps below :
- Click the Edit products button
- Deselect or add products as needed
- Click on Set quantities, the blue button in the bottom right-hand corner to move to the next step and modify the products' quantities
- Complete the order process to Save and Close as shown in this article
