During the order process, LE NEW BLACK allows you to create groups of variants for logistic purposes. Please note that once you finished creating all groups, you may click to Quantities on the top right or on the footer (bottom left) to go back to the order process and finalise your order.

If you have an ERP connection setup, the group information can also be sent from LNB to your ERP if needed, please contact your account manager for more information.

Create a group

To create a group, follow the steps below:
 

1. Create a new order or enter an existing order
    
2. Click on Groups button on the top right in the SET QUANTITIES step
    
3. Click on New group in the desired variant to start the group creation
    
4. Select other variants you want to add on the same group by clicking on "Add to group"
    
5. Click on SAVE at the bottom right to confirm the group creation

Edit a group

To edit a group, follow the steps below:
 

1. Enter an existing order
    
2. Click on Groups button on the top right in the SET QUANTITIES step
    
3. Click on the group you want to modify
    
4. Add other variants or remove the selected variants by clicking on X next to the group label
    
5. Click on SAVE 

Delete a group

To delete a group, follow the steps below:
 

1. Enter an existing order
    
2. Click on Groups button on the top right in the SET QUANTITIES step
    
3. Click on the group you want to delete
    
4. Click on DELETE button next to SAVE
    
5. Confirm your action by clicking on OK
