Assigning a line to retailers in bulk

Required option  : Custom Retailer Access
Authorised profile : Brand manager

The Custom retailer access option allows you to assign a line to retailers in bulk. Once the lines have been assigned, you can restrict retailers' access to collections. 

Before you start, please make sure the line is created on your showroom (see Creating and managing lines) and that your retailers have a reference and your catalogs have a code before you upload your file.

To assign retailers to a line in bulk via a CSV file:
 

1. Navigate to the ⚙️ Settings > Integration center > Imports column
    
2. Click on Customers section > Retailers lines
    
3. Download the sample file under the Check-list section. You can also export the current lines assignment of your retailers in the Exports column (Customers section) to not start from scratch. 
    
4. Fill in the required columns:
   • Action: enter ADD to assign the line, or REMOVE to delete the line assignment.
   • Line name: the line name you created
   • Retailer reference: the reference of the retailer
      
5.  Drop the file in the grey box or click on Select file button to browse your computer
    
6. Click NEXT to preview the data that will be imported
    
7. Click NEXT again to validate the import of the file
    

The lines are now updated on your retailers database.
