Importing retailers delivery addresses

Allowed profiles: Brand manager

On LE NEW BLACK, you can add several delivery addresses for each customer. It is useful for any retailer with several stores. Once the addresses have been integrated, you can duplicate an order while only having to change the delivery address depending on the store. You can integrate the delivery addresses in bulk, using a csv file.

Note: If you use a unique client reference per store then, in this case, you would need to create another retailer profile instead of adding several delivery addresses. 

✔️ Requirement: each retailer needs to have a reference beforehand

To import the delivery addresses, you may follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings wheel > Integration
   
   
2. Click on Customers (Imports column) > Retailers delivery addresses
   
   
3. Download the sample file and fill in the following columns: Retailer reference, Address reference (must be completed with a unique reference), Company and Country
   
   
4. Import the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button
   
   
5. Click Next after previewing the data
   
   
6. Click Next again to confirm the delivery addresses import
