Required option: Custom retailer access

Required profile: Brand manager, Custom member

The Custom retailer access option allows you to determine whether or not your retailers can access your collections. This option allows you to give some of your retailers the possibility to enter pre-orders on their own, or to block access to your restocking collections for other retailers. The available access levels

• All retailers: all retailers can access the collection
  
  
• Line retailers: according the line assigned to your collection/catalog, only the retailers assigned to this line have access to the collection/catalog. you may read more here.
  
  
• Selected retailers only: only the selected retailers can access your collection. This setting can be done manually by selecting each retailer on the list. If you have the Sales catalogs option, it is possible to do it in bulk through a csv file. For more information on this import, you may read this article.
  
  

Restricting a collection's access to selected line retailers

To restrict access to a collection to selected line retailers only:

1. Go to Collections > Collections/Sales catalogs
   
   
2. Click on the relevant collection or catalog
   
   
3. Go to the Retailers access
   
   
4. Click on the Line retailer tab
   
   
5. Select Allow line retailers
   
   
6. Click on SAVE
   
   

Restricting a collection's access to selected retailers manually

To restrict access to a collection to selected retailers only:

1. Go to Collections > Collections / Sales catalogs
   
   
2. Click on the relevant collection or catalog
   
   
3. Click on the Retailer Access tab
   
   
4. Click on the Selected Retailers only tab
   
   
5. Select Allow selected retailers to see all retailers
   
   
6. Click on the row of each retailer to allow them access to the collection
   
   
7. Click on SAVE
   

Tip : If you wish to only allow your agents to take orders, you may activate Allow selected retailers and not select any.
