Restricting retailers access to sales catalogs in bulk

Required option: Custom retailer access
Allowed profile: Brand manager

The Custom retailer access option allows you to restrict your catalogs to selected retailers only. This import lets you grant or remove retailer access to catalogs in bulk via a CSV file. 

Before you start, please make sure the target catalog's retailer access is already set to Allow selected retailers (how to set this up). Each retailer must have a reference, and each catalog must have a code, before you upload your file.

1. Navigate to the ⚙️ Settings > Integration center > Imports column
    
2. Click on Customers > Retailers sales catalogs and download the sample file under the Check-list section. You can also export the current catalog's retailers' restrictions in the Exports column (Customers section) to not start from scratch. 
    
3. Fill in the required columns:
   • Action: enter ADD to grant the retailer access to the catalog, or REMOVE to remove it
   • Sales catalog code: the catalog's code, found under Collections > Sales catalogs
   • Retailer reference: the retailer's reference
      
4. Drop the file in the grey box or click on the Select file button to browse your computer
    
5. Click NEXT to preview the data that will be imported
    
6. Click NEXT again to confirm the import
    

The retailers' access is now updated for the selected catalogs. To verify, go to Collections > Sales catalogs, enter the relevant catalog, and check its Retailers access tab.
