Restricting retailers access to sales catalogs in bulk

Option required: Custom retailer access and Sales catalogs
Allowed profiles: Brand manager, Custom member

✔️ Requirement: each retailer needs to have a reference and each catalog needs to have a code before the upload

The Custom retailer access option allows you to restrict your catalogs to selected retailers only. You can grant and remove retailer access to catalogs in bulk via a csv file. To do this:

1. Go to the setting wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Click on Customers (Imports column) > Retailers sales catalogs
   
   
3. Download the sample file and fill in the following columns: Action, Sales catalog code, Retailer reference
   
   
4. Import the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button
   
   
5. Click Next after previewing the data
   
   
6. Click Next again to confirm the delivery addresses import
   
   

The Retailer reference column identifies the retailer. It should be filled in using the retailer's reference.

The Sales catalog code column identifies the relevant catalog. It should be filled using the relevant catalog code, which can be found by going to the menu Collections > Sales catalogs.

If you wish to grant a retailer access to the given sales catalog, enter ADD in the Action column at the retailer's row. If you wish to remove a retailer's access to the sales catalog, enter REMOVE in the Action column an the retailer's row.
