After finishing an order, to help you extract the sales results on Le New Black, you can export one order at a time or all the orders together according to your needs.

Printing an order and downloading as Excel

To print an order, click on the Print icon. You will be redirected to the Document center where you can preview the order in various layouts before printing or generating a PDF.

To download as an Excel file, click on the Download icon. You may choose to generate the file as XLS or CSV file. If choosing the CSV file, you may save as 1 line per SKU or per variant.

In the Document center, there are four orders sheets PDF formats allowing you to present the different information based on the merchandising, invoice or production purpose. After clicking on the Print icon, switch to different layouts by clicking on the options presented.

• Variant grouped by category with product images

This layout shows ordered references grouped by product categories. Each reference includes an image and the total ordered quantities/amount. As this layout is aggregating data at the product variant level, detailed quantities by size are not displayed.

• Variant grouped by product with sizes in the column and the product images 

This layout provides more specific details in each reference, including the product images, reference, colour name, price, quantities by sizes, Fabric/Material/Print and the origin country.

• Variant grouped by product with sizes in the column

This layout groups all the sizes of a reference in one row and simplifies the details by presenting only the reference, colour name, quantity by size, price and the amount.

• One row per product/variant/size

This layout displays one size per row and lists the reference with the coloUr name, size, EAN13, quantity, price and the amount.
