You are able to change the retailer and the buyer linked to an open order (Open for buyer, Open for brand status). If the order is in another status (Confirmed, Invoicing or Closed), you will need to open it again by switching it to Open for brand to make the change. Change the retailer linked to an open order

To change the retailer linked to an open order:

1. Go to menu Sales > Orders
   
   
2. Click on the relevant order
   
   
3. Click on the retailer's name to open the retailer drop-down menu
   
   
4. Select the new retailer
   
   
5. Click on Save
   
   

Change the buyer linked to an open order

To change the buyer linked to an open order:

1. Go to Sales > Orders
   
   
2. Click on the relevant order
   
   
3. Click on the retailer's name to open the buyers' drop-down menu
   
   
4. Select the new buyer
   
   
5. Click on Save
