Modifying drop dates in an order

Authorised profiles: Brand manager, Sales admin, Sales manager, Sales representative

By default, drop dates are pre-filled during order-taking based on the drop date data entered by the brand, either at the Sales catalog variant level or the Product variant level.

If the brand has enabled the Drop dates editor (read more here), you can modify drop dates directly during order-taking — moving variants from one drop date to another available date within an allowed drop window.

To modify drop dates:
 

1. Create an order or open an existing one
    
2. In the Set Quantities step, click the Drop Dates button (top right)
    
3. Choose how you want to edit:
   • To edit multiple variants from a drop at once, click the calendar icon
   • To edit a single variant, click the pencil icon next to it
      
4. In the popup, select Set new dates from the Drop Dates dropdown
    
5. Enter a drop date start (required) and a drop date end (optional)
    
6. Click Save
    

Drop dates are automatically refreshed and variants are regrouped under their new drop date.
