Add tags to products in bulk
It is also possible to integrate tags to your products in bulk via a csv file. To do so, you need to export your products’ data following the instructions given in this article and check the Is new, Is top seller and Is core boxes in addition to the required columns at step 3.
The Is new, Is top seller and Is core columns must be filled by 1 for products to which you need to add the tag and by 0 or left blank for products which are not to be tagged.
Add a personalised tag to a product
You can add a personalised tag to a product using the Special notice field. This article provides more information about adding special notices to products.
Filter a product on a tag
Once activated on your products, the standard tags will create new categories in your collections: New products - Top sellers - Core products. You will also find them on the All products page of your collections among the filters. These filters will also be available from your downloadable line sheets.
You can find the Tags filter by heading to the order creation step directly from the drop-down menu accessible on each page of the showroom: Tools > Create an order > Search
Analyse tags in custom reports
To go further, the Production reports option allows you to create your own custom reports focused on standard tags as well as special notices. This feature allows you to analyse the share of products containing a tag in any order.
Do not hesitate to contact your account manager if you would like more information on this option.
