Allowed profiles: Brand manager

By default, you may see the different shares of each category's product and variants by clicking on the Analyse button during the order process or on the graph icon inside an order. However, it's possible to create your own custom reports for orders. 

• Create a custom report
• Modify a custom report
• Delete a custom report
  
  

Create a custom report

To create a custom report, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Navigate to the Orders menu > Custom reports
   
   
2. Click on the Create a custom report button
   
   
3. Fill the Name field: this is the name that will be displayed in the Analyse button (see 2nd screenshot)
   
   
4. Click on Save 
   
   
5. Click on the Add filter button and select all rules to be applied to your custom report then Save
   
   

Modify a custom report

To modify a custom report, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Navigate to the Orders menu > Custom reports
   
   
2. Enter the desired custom report
   
   
3. Modify the name or the filters
   
   
4. Remove a filter by clicking on the cross button on the right of the filter and Save
   
   
   

Delete a custom report

To delete a custom report, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Navigate to the Orders menu > Custom reports
   
   
2. Select the custom report you want to delete 
   
   
3. Click on the grey button "---" and select Delete
