Managing a products variants publication status in bulk
Once unpublished, a variant is no longer visible in the showroom and can no longer be ordered. Also, an unpublished variant will be removed from any Open orders (Open for buyer / Open for brand) when the product availability delta is applied. To manage a product variant publication status in bulk:
- Go to the Settings wheel > Integration
- Click on Products (model/variant)
- Download the sample file and fill it in, making sure that the following columns are completed:
Name, Model, Collection, Category, Reference, Fabric name, Fabric code (if used) and Size family and Is available. Alternatively, you can export your product data by making a Products export as explained in this article. Before exporting the file, you may check the Is available box to have the corresponding column to fill in
- Fill in the Is available column with the following values: 1 for Yes (publish the product, 0 for No (unpublish the product). If you are using a Products export, the Is available column indicates each product's publication status with either Yes or No at each line. You must replace these values, Yes by 1 and No by 0, otherwise the update will not be accurate and will unpublish all the variants when you integrate the file.
- Integrate the file by dropping it into the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button. Please refer to step 7 of this article to find out more about updating product data
