LE NEW BLACK allows you to block specific sizes of a product. If you have decided to reduce the production of some sizes over the course of a season or from one season to another, you can block the unavailable sizes so that they no longer appear for sale.

The Stock option allows you to manage this feature both manually and in bulk via a csv file integration. If you do not have the Stock option, you can only integrate a csv file to block products' sizes.

Manage sizes availability with the stock option

You can block specific sizes of a product manually when you have the Stock option. To do so:

1. Go to the menu Collections > Products
   
   
2. Click on the relevant product
   
   
3. Go to the SKUs tab
   
   
4. Activate the size block in the Blocked column
   
   
5. Click on SAVE

When a size is blocked, it remains available in pending orders. Consequently, in these orders, quantities of the blocked sizes can only be reduced and cannot be increased.

Products for which any size was blocked will appear with the Limited tag on the showroom.

Manage sizes availability without stock option

You can block specific sizes of a product in bulk, by integrating a csv file. To do so, go to the setting wheel > Integration center > Imports column > Inventory > Inventory. You can then download the template and complete it according to the instructions.

If you want to block a product’s size, enter 1 in the Is blocked column. If you want to keep a size for sale, enter 0 in the Is blocked column.

Once you have filled in the Model, Variant, Size and Is blocked columns, you can add your file by clicking on Choose file or drag and drop it into the grey box.

Products for which any size was blocked will appear with the Limited tag on the showroom.
