Confirming an order with bulk quantities as brand member

On Le New Black, you can authorise buyers to complete bulk quantities when they are unsure of the size distribution they require.

An order with bulk quantities cannot be confirmed by the brand. Bulk quantities are highlighted in yellow on your Orders page. The buyer or a brand member must edit the order to add quantities in the size boxes before it can move to the Confirmed status. This tutorial shows a buyer how to add quantities and validate an order to allow you to move to the confirmation step.

To confirm an order filled with bulk quantities:

1. Navigate to the menu Sales > Orders
   
   
2. Enter the desired PO 
   
   
3. Click on the EDIT PRODUCTS button or in the warning message
   
   
4. Click on the SET QUANTITES button at the bottom right
   
   
5. Click on Sized next to Bulk on the desired reference in the QUANTITY column, it will display the size boxes
   
   
6. Add the quantities in each desired size and click on SET BUYER & TERMS to proceed
   
   
7. Click on REVIEW then SAVE AND CLOSE
   
   
8. Click back on the PO number and you may now click on Confirmed status
