To immerse your buyers in your brand environment, we recommend to customise the following  elements:

Home page 

Brand identity

• Marketplace: send your logo 136 x 136 px  (to support@lenewblack.com)
• Le Privé: add your logo 200 x 50 px (Editorial > Visual settings > Logos tab)
• Upload a cover image: 1280 x 300 px (Editorial > Visual settings > Showroom tab)
• If Show About section is set on "Yes": publish a main visual: 800 x 500 px (Editorial > Visual settings > Showroom tab) and add a description (Editorial > Info & Contact > Presentation)

Navigation menu 

Once your collection and products have been integrated, you can create your own menu and link selected collections by going to the Editorial > Showroom menu. Learn more.

Brand universe 

You can add content to the homepage to share your brand universe from the Editorial menu. Learn more.

Lookbooks 

If the Show About section is set ont "Yes": you can also add lookbooks to your homepage. The thumbnail format is 200 x 128 px. 

News 

A News block is available to highlight your news in the About > News menu of your showroom. The thumbnail size is 570 x 320 px. Learn more.

Collections 

We advise you to add cover images to your collections, which are displayed at the bottom of your homepage.

To add this visual, go to Collections > Collections menu > enter the specific collection > Description, Images & files tab > Showroom image line. The recommended dimensions are 440 x 310 px (landscape) or 440 x 590 px (portrait).

You may change the display of your featured collections by going on the menu Editorial > Visual settings > Showroom tab. You can choose to hide them or display only collections images without the categories. 

Categories 

You have the option of displaying the images of your categories in addition to the collection images on your homepage. To do this, go to the Editorial menu > Visual settings > Showroom tab > Show collections line: check Collection + category images and Apply.

Collection page 

Collection universe

You can use the editorial management feature to customise the collection pages, in the same way as the home page of your showroom from the Editorial menu. Learn more.

Looks 

Create looks in each of your collections to propose silhouettes to your buyers. We recommend the 520 x 780 px format. Learn more.

Product sheet 

Visuals

Upload up to 8 images per product variant (learn more). You can also add a video and 360° via a URL in the product sheet (learn more). 

Suggested products 
Use this feature to display suggested products below each product sheet to strengthen your cross-selling. Learn more.

Colour/material variants 
Upload colour or material images to illustrate your product variants via the Collections > Variants menu. These are available on your product sheet as well as in the menu on the collection page.

Fabrics menu 

Activate the Fabrics menu tab in your collection to display all your product variants (colours/materials). Go to the Collections menu > Collections > enter a collection and tick Yes to display the variant menu.

Upload your fabric images 300 x 300 px by going on the menu Collections > Fabrics or in bulk by following this tutorial. 

Buyer invitation page 

We advise you to upload a background image for the invitation page, the page on which your buyers connect to access your brand's showroom. To update this image, go to the Editorial menu > Visual settings > Invitation tab. The recommended format is 1200 x 500 px. 

Marketplace Profile LE NEW BLACK

Thumbnail

We advise you to upload a thumbnail image to illustrate your brand's profile on our Marketplace. To update it, send a 270 x 270px image to support@lenewblack.com.

Hero image 

The hero image for your brand profile on our Marketplace, which appears on the Tradeshow, is displayed as below. The required dimensions are 1200 x 500 px. To update this visual, send it to support@lenewblack.com.  

Create a new pricelist

By default, you have one EUR price list available on your showroom. If you wish to add a new price list for a country (eg. USD prices for United States) or a custom price list for a specific client. You may send a request to support@lenewblack.com. Please send us the name of the new price list you wish to create.
