It's possible to add a video and a 360° visual on each product page to present more details of the products on your web showroom.
Adding a video manually
You can add a video link in the product back office. The video link should come from Youtube, Dailymotion or Vimeo. If you don't want to publish video on these platforms, it's possible to upload the video in MP4 format to a FTP website (eg. Wordpress) and copy the link from there.
Please note that we only display standard YouTube videos, the YouTube Shorts videos are not compatible.
Also, please ensure that the link used to insert the video is the full URL. Expected URL formats are: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkOZYWbEPcY or https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x8tvlhm
To upload a video on a product sheet:
- Navigate to Collections > Products
- Click on the model to enter
- Click on the Variants tab
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and insert the video link in Video URL
- Click on SAVE
Adding a 360° image manually
You can add a link to the 360° image in the product back office and it should be a link to the HTML page.
- Navigate to Collections > Products
- Click on the model to enter
- Click on the Variants tab
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and add the link under 360 image URL
- Click on SAVE
Adding videos and 360° images via CSV file
