After importing your collection and your price lists, to set your commercial conditions to appear on the order. It is surely a good way to start or grow a relationship based on mutual trust. You can set the terms in text or upload a PDF format.

Setting the order deadline and the delivery window
If you have an order deadline and the delivery window for this collection, displaying it on your online showroom will help the buyer to better organise his buying session with you and to help the buyer organise his deliveries and merchandising by mentioning your delivery window.
- Go to Collections page under Collections menu and select a relevant collection
- Click on the calendar icon to begin and set the payment terms
- Order deadline: choose a date or order all year long
- Delivery window: choose a window or immediate delivery
- Payment terms: only to display on the showroom collection page
Setting the terms of sale
Depending on your strategy, you may choose to add the terms on the showroom main page or in the price list. However, if you put the terms on both pages, only one term will be displayed in the order confirmation. The rule of applying sales terms is that the terms on the main page will be replaced by the one in the price list.
1. Set your general terms of sale on the showroom main page
To apply the general sales terms to all orders, you can upload a PDF file or add the text.
- Navigate to Editorial > Info & Contact > Terms of sale
- Add your terms of sale from a text or a PDF file(up to 15.6 MB). If you add both the PDF file and the text, only the PDF file will be displayed in order.
2. Set the payment terms in the price list
To upload the terms based on each pricelist to be applied to the clients assigned.
- Navigate to: Collections > Price lists > click on any price list > Terms & conditions tab
- Add your terms of sale from a text or a PDF file(up to 15.6 MB). If you add both the PDF file and the text, only the PDF file will be displayed in order.
Notice: if you update the terms of sale, it can be displayed after the pending order is updated.
Setting the terms of payment
To set the payment terms from the price list or individual customer setting based on your needs. The rule of applying sales terms is that the terms in the price list will be replaced by the one in the customer's settings.
1. To add the terms in the price list
To navigate to: Collections > Price lists > click on any price list > Terms & Conditions tab and put the text in Terms of payment field.
2. To add the terms in the customer settings
To navigate to: Customers > Retailers > click on any customer > Settings > Shipping & Payment and to put the text in the Payment terms field.
Setting the terms of delivery
The delivery terms can be set from the price list or individual customer setting. The rule of applying the delivery terms is that the terms in the price list will be replaced by the one in the customer's settings.
1. To add the terms in the price list
To navigate to: Collections > Price lists > click on any price list > Terms & Conditions tab and put the text in Terms of delivery field.
2. To add the terms in the customer settings
To navigate to: Customers > Retailers > click on any customer > Settings > Shipping & Payment and to put the text in the Shipping terms field.
Your collection is ready in every sense now! Until this point, no one could see your collection except the brand managers. Now, it is time to publish it by changing collection status.
