Le New Black allows you to manage drop dates at different levels: Collection/Sales catalog, Product variant, or Sales catalog variant. This article focuses on setting drop dates at the Product variant level.

Priority rule: If drop dates are filled for the same variant at both the Sales catalog variant level and the Product variant level, the order will be pre-filled with the Sales catalog variant level dates.

Adding drop dates manually

To do so, follow the steps below:
 

1. Go Collections menu  > Products
    
2. Open the desired product
    
3. Click on Variants tab
    
4. Scroll down to Drop dates fields
    
5. Enter the drop dates for this specific variant
    
6. Click on Save

Follow the Updating products data tutorial and at step 3, make sure to check the two additional columns:

• Drop start on — the start date of the drop (format: DD/MM/YYYY)
• Drop end on — the end date of the drop (format: DD/MM/YYYY)
