Importing selections

Le New Black allows you to create selections in bulk through a CSV file. Please note that buyers will not be notified by email for selections imported by a CSV file. 

To create a selection through a CSV file, please follow the steps below:
 

1. Go to the settings wheel > Integration center > Imports column
    
2. Click on Sales > Selections
    
3. Download the sample file under the Check-list section
    
4. Fill the mandatory column to create a selection: Selection reference (used to group the lines in one selection), Retailer reference, Buyer email, Collection (must be filled with collection code or sales catalog code), Model and Variant.
   
   Please note that if you want to update a selection that was already created, you may replace the Selection reference column by the Selection id column. The selection id is the series of numbers after R- (eg. R-5361) The update of selection will reset the selection from scratch and update it with the lines from your CSV file 
    
5. Import the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button
    
6. Click on NEXT after previewing the data and NEXT again to confirm
