Finding my sales documents

The brand can now share several documents (invoices, payment receipts, delivery note...) with you on LE NEW BLACK platform. You may find all these documents in one place or some of them directly inside the order.

To find all your sales documents, please navigate to the menu Orders > Sales documents. On this page, you may use the different filters (Order, Category, Type) to refine your search.

To find sales documents linked to a specific order, you may go to the menu Orders > Orders > enter the specific order by clicking on its PO number then click on the Sales documents tab on the left.
