As a buyer, you can track your orders status, modify or cancel them if necessary.

You may also access an order following the notification received on your external mailbox.

Confirm an order

When a brand has created an order for you, the next step is for you to confirm it if the order matches your demand.

1. Go to the Orders > Orders menu
   
   
2. Click the Confirm button
   
   
3. Tick the terms and conditions to confirm the order
   
   
4. Click on Confirm order
   
   

The brand must set your order to the Confirmed status for it to become final.

Modify an order

Once you have received an email from the brand about the order placed, you can log in to your account on Le New Black to view the products selected, modify the order and confirm your quantities.

1. Go to the Orders > Orders menu
   
   
2. Click on the relevant PO number
   
   
3. Click the Edit products button
   
   
4. Deselect or add products as per your needs
   
   
5. Click on Set quantities, the blue button in the bottom right-hand corner to move to the next step and modify the products' quantities
   
   
6. Complete the order process by clicking on the blue button in the bottom right-hand corner at each step, as instructed in this video
   
   

The brand must set your order to the Confirmed status for it to become final.

Cancel an order

When a brand enters an order on your behalf and sends it to you, you have the option to cancel it if you do not wish to proceed. To do so, go to the Orders > Orders menu > Click the Cancel button for the relevant order.
