Production report provides an overview of the products, the variants, the quantity ordered by collection. It may give a predict to your production team to decide whether some variants should be canceled cancel if the amount for production is not reached. It also provides you an analyse of the best-selling styles, variants and fabrics and the reference for you to adjust the next collection. Please go to Production reports page under Reports menu to proceed.

Viewing the reports by products, variants and fabrics

1. Select the products, variants and fabrics reports

To begin with, select a collection desired in the box and click on the blue buttons to acquire the products, variants, or fabrics reports. In the report, you may see the number of the customers order, the total quantity, (products/variants/fabrics) ordered and unordered.


2. Filter the lists provided to locate the data desired

The filters are provided to find the data by order status, order type, delivery country, sizing and product status to view the selection desired. Click on the Filters button to begin, after selecting the filters and click on Apply.

Exporting and printing the reports

You may export the report as excel file or print it by clicking on Export and Print buttons if needed.
