Allowed profiles: Brand manager, Sales manager, Sales administrator and Sales representative
To modify a custom report, you must be the owner of the report otherwise you will have to create a new report or duplicate it if you want to set a different data scope and save columns and filters' change.
Follow the steps below to modify a custom report:
- Navigate to the Reports menu > Sales reports
- Navigate to the Custom reports tab > My reports
- Enter the desired report you want to modify
- Click on Set data button to change the global filters if needed
- Click on Update data to confirm the data scope change. It will refresh your chart
- Manage the columns in your report by clicking on Columns button on the right side. You can add or remove columns by clicking on their checkbox
💡 Tip : Click on Full screen button at the top right next to Export button to display the chart on the whole page and have a better view to manage Columns and Filters tools
- Click on Generate chart if you wish to modify the chart link to this report or if you wish to create one
- Click on the Save report button and change the title or permission if needed
- Confirm all the changes by clicking on the blue button Save report
