LE NEW BLACK allows you to create your own custom report based on three dimensions: Sales, Customers or Products. Each dimension will have predefined columns that you will be able to sort or remove.
In addition, you will be able add additional columns and even create groups of data by row inside your report to have a macro analysis.
To create your first custom report, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Reports menu > Sales reports
- Navigate to the Custom reports tab then select your dimension: Orders, Customers or Products
- Set the data scope that will appear on your report by using the global filters. Please note that these filters are only visible and editable by the owner of the report
- Click on Update data to confirm the data setup
- Manage the columns in your report by clicking on Columns button on the right side. You can add or remove columns by clicking on their checkbox
💡 Tip : Click on Full screen button at the top right next to Export button to display the chart on the whole page and have a better view to manage Columns and Filters tools
- Click on Generate chart tab at the top right if you wish to create a chart based on two axis (X, Y) from your report and be able to save it. After generating the chart, you can use the right click on the chart to save as a PNG file on your compute. You can ignore this step if you wish.
- Click on Save report tab at the top right to fill a specific title then decide if you want to share this report to all the brand users by selecting Public. If not leave it as Private
- Click on Save report button to confirm
The report will now appear in the Custom reports tab > My reports tab.
You can also export your report in Excel file by clicking on the Download button next to the time period filter at the top right.
