Duplicating a campaign

Required option: None  
Allowed profiles: Brand manager, Sales administrator, Sales manager, Sales representative

If you wish to send again the same message of a live campaign that was already sent to recipients, you can duplicate the campaign to save time. A duplicated campaign will have the same number of recipients and content message as the original campaign. 

To duplicate a campaign, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Customers menu > Campaigns
   
   
2. Enter the desired campaign you want to duplicate
   
   
3. Click on the 3 dots button on the top right
   
   
4. Select Duplicate
   
   
5. Follow the different steps 
   
   
6. Click on Send campaign at the last step or Close editor to save it for later as a draft
