Use variables on a message

Before using variables, we suggest that you check that your retailers data are correctly filled (first name, last name and retailer name).

When you create an invitation for more than 1 recipient, you may use variables to customise each invitation. Click on the variables below the message box in relevant positions.

If you did not fill the first name and last name in your buyers data, it will display "Buyer" in the invitation.

Example:

“Dear !!--FIRST-NAME--!!,

We are excited to work with !!--RETAILER-NAME--!! and we are glad to invite you to our showroom in July in Paris.

We are looking forward to receive your confirmation.
