Each time you send a campaign, you can still reopen it to send it to additional new recipients so they can receive the same message from this campaign as well. You will save time as the previous message is saved.
Please note that to add new recipients, your campaign must either be in Draft or Live status and you must be the owner of the campaign. The previous recipients that already received the message will not receive another email.
To send another email to the previous recipients, you need to create a new campaign or duplicate the campaign to send the same message.
To add new recipients to an existing campaign, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Customers menu > Campaigns
- Enter a live campaign by clicking on its name and click on Send to more recipients button
- Select new retailers to the existing list then click on Compose message button

Click on Preview message. Please note that the content of live campaign cannot be edited. If you wish to send a new message to the same recipients, you may create a new campaign or duplicate it
- Review the invitation and click on Send to recipients to finish the process
