Zedonk is connected to Le New Black through a flat file integration, meaning the two systems will be generating CSV files of your data and transferring them back and forth through an FTP.
The flow of data includes:
- Customers - from Zedonk to Le New Black / semi-automatic import
- Products - from Zedonk to Le New Black / semi-automatic import
- Prices - from Zedonk to Le New Black / semi-automatic import
- Inventory - from Zedonk to Le New Black
- Orders - from Le New Black to Zedonk
For products, customers, prices and inventory: You will click a button in Zedonk to initiate each data transfer. Orders are exported automatically in the frequency you choose.
The timing
The average Zedonk integration will take approximately 4 weeks to complete the whole circle. This doesn't include only the code writing but also reviews and tests.

A Sales Manager who understands your business, and your merchandising strategies.
Who's in Charge from the Le New Black Team:
Your account manager will be taking care of the whole process from day 1.
What he/she'll be doing:
- Asking questions about your specific Zedonk setup and sales process.
- Working with Zedonk as they configure the data files to import & export to our system.
- Configuring your FTP settings in Le New Black.
- Generating and exporting test orders to Zedonk.
- Making sure your team is updated throughout the process and addressing delays that might occur on either side.
- Working with you and Zedonk to troubleshoot any unexpected issues that arise after launch.
