To automate the flat files integration, you may upload and download files over FTP. If you wish to use this integration flow, we will create a private FTP space for your account that will be used to share files for import and export. 

Steps for setting up an FTP automation

Here are the steps for creating an FTP automation:

1. Setting up the FTP space

   1. You request FTP automation to your Le New Black account manager
   2. Le New Black creates a private FTP space for your account
   3. Le New Black provides you FTP credentials to access this FTP space
   4. You configure your system for accessing the FTP space
2. Setting up the scheduled tasks
   1. You provide a desired tasks schedule (e.g. daily, hourly...).
   2. Le New Black sets up scheduled tasks for processing your imported flat files (ERP > LNB) and / or generating flat files (LNB > ERP)
   3. You can monitor tasks logs in your Le New Black Integration center
