Chatting with buyers via the Intercom widget is now possible for brands enjoying a white-label showroom (requires "Le Privé" option). This feature has long been available on the marketplace where it is operated by Le New Black. On white-label showrooms, brand are operating the chat themselves, via their agent interface on Intercom (intercom.com).
Le New Black will take in charge the whole subscription and configuration process on Intercom. Once the account is setup, Le New Black will communicate to the brand how to access the agent interface on Intercom and buyers will be able to talk via the chat widget located at the bottom right of the web showroom.
The widget is highly customizable, form its appearance (colors, default message...) to its open hours rules and automatic replies. See Intercom documentation for adjusting settings to your needs.
