[orders] Lock order delivery window

Order delivery window can now be managed with higher control by defining at the collection-level whether window dates are locked or not (buyer can suggest a desired delivery window). When placing the order, depending on the various collections present in the order, delivery window will be pre-filled or not and editable or not.

On the administration side, brand managers may now define at collection-level whether delivery window is open and what its dates are.

Setting delivery window dates and locking

When taking an order, delivery window pre-fill happens if collections linked to the order share the same window; otherwise it is left empty. And dates are locked if collections linked to the order are all blocked; otherwise they are left editable.
