[orders] New Excel order template

A new XLSX order template is available to let users edit their orders in a more comfortable way directly from Microsoft Excel. This new document layout displays sizes in rows grouped by variant, where the other layout displays sizes in columns. When dealing with multiple sizings, the top size labels row can get overcrowded and difficult to read: this is where the new layout can help by showing each size in a separate row. 

As the Excel order template applies to all users of your account, please contact your account manager to let them set your desired template (by default the "sizes in columns" template applies).
