[catalog] Improvements in products suggestions

Editing products suggestions has just got much easier. The suggestions editor is now based on two-columns system similar to what is already in place in looks and sales catalogs: the products selector with search input on one hand, the selection view with drag & drop sorting on the other hand.

As in looks and sales catalogs, the scope of products to be suggested is based on non-archived collections.

Regarding data integration, a new Suggested products import is now available to add suggestions in bulk. The file schema is very basic (Action - add or remove -, Model, Suggested model) and the usual file formats are supported (CSV, XLSX...).
