Promotions allows you to apply discounts on a collection/catalog or specific products. This option will help you boost your sales for specific events like destocking or seasonal limited-time offers.

Creating a promotion manually

To create a promotion manually, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Collections menu > Promotions under the Prices section
   
   
2. Click on Create a promotion button
   
   
3. Fill the mandatory fields and enter a discount rate. Please note that the summary will be displayed on the Order review step of the order creation by the brand
   
   
4. Activate the promotion by clicking on the toggle button and select the time period to decide when the promotion will be visible and applied in each order
   
   
5. Select the price list linked to this promotion. If left empty, the promotion will be applied on all price lists of your showroom.
   
   
6. Enter a priority level starting from 0. If you have a multiple promotions inside the same collection/products, only one promotion can be applied. You can enter the priority level to select which promotion will be applied in priority. If many promotions have the same priority (0), the priority will be decided on the creation date
   
   
7. Select the collection/catalog and products if needed. If you only select the collection/catalog, the promotion will be applied to all products by default
   
   
8. Fill an ERP code if needed then click on Save

Creating a promotion via a CSV file

Please note that once you create a promotion via a CSV file, the promotion is applied to all products of the collection/catalog by default. To restrict the promotion to specific products, you may follow the second step Adding specific products to a promotion via a CSV file.

To create a promotion with a CSV file, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Go to the Collections section (Imports column) > Promotions
   
   
3. Download the sample file under the Check-list section and fill it in making sure the following columns are not empty: Name, Summary and Collection code (or Sales catalog code)
   
   
4. Upload the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button after making sure that the import file is correct
   
   
5. Click on Next after previewing the extracted data
   
   
6. Click on Next again to confirm the Promotions import

Adding specific products to a promotion via a CSV file

Please note that each time you import a Promotion products file, the system will erase all the previous products that were imported to the promotion to replace it with the products in the latest Excel file imported.

To add specific products to a promotion with a CSV file, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Go to the Collections section (Imports column) > Promotion products
   
   
3. Download the sample file under the Check-list section and fill it in making sure the following columns are not empty: Promotion name, Model and Variant (Fabric code)
   
   
4. Upload the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button after making sure that the import file is correct
   
   
5. Click on Next after previewing the extracted data
   
   
6. Click on Next again to confirm the Promotion products import
