If you forgot your password, you can reset it. If you want to update your password, you may change it once logged into your account.

Password forgotten

To reset a forgotten password:

1. Navigate to Le New Black website and click on Sign in
   
   
2. Click on Forgot your password?
   
   
3. Enter your email address and select your account type in the Account type drop-down menu
   
   
4. Click the Reset my password button
   
   
5. You will receive an email with a temporary password

After logging in with the temporary password, we recommend you to change. You may find the instructions to follow to change your password in the section below. 

Changing my password

To change your password:

1. Navigate to your profile icon in the top right-hand corner
   
   
2. Click on Edit my user account
   
   
3. Click on Modify password
   
   
4. Enter your new password
   
   
5. Click the Save button
