With New Black, you can easily export customer data from your showroom.

Exporting retailers

Retailer exports do not include buyer information. To export buyer data, please refer to the section below. To export your retailers' data:

1. Go to the settings wheel > Integration center > Exports column
   
   
2. Click on Customers > Retailers
   
   
3. Uncheck all the boxes for the columns you wish to exclude from your export and check the boxes for the columns you wish to include in your file
   
   
4. Click on the Export button. Please note that if you use special characters (slash /, é, è, etc) in your customer names or addresses, you need to change the export format from "CSV" to "Excel" before
   
   

Exporting buyers

Please note that buyers linked to Blocked or Pending (Access to showroom) retailers don't appear in a Buyers export. To export buyer data:

1. Go to the settings wheel > Integration center > Exports column
   
   
2. Click on Customers > Buyers
   
   
3. Uncheck all the boxes for the columns you wish to exclude from your export and check the boxes for the columns you wish to include in your file
