After downloading the Retail catalog app on your tablet and confirming Retail catalog app option is activated in your showroom, please proceed to Catalog app section under Setting wheel menu to begin!

Creating a new catalog user

A catalog user is equal to one brick and mortar store which allows the members from the store to access the catalog. Click on Catalog users tab under Setting wheel menu to begin.

1. Click on Create a new catalog user to begin

2. Set the user details

Set the information of the user such as the login, the password, the language, the price list, the store name, the opening hours and the address and Save.

Creating a catalog section

1. Click on Create a catalog section to begin

Go to Catalog sections tab under Setting wheel menu and then click on Create a catalog section button.

2. Set the catalog section

To set the catalog name and the code and upload a panoramic image(width 1024px/height 420px) as the catalog cover. Afterward, set the collection and click on Save.

3. Add the products 

To select the product from the list and upload an image as the category cover then Save. 

4. Assign the catalog to the user

To select one or several users from the list and Save

5. Duplicate a catalog section

To click on Duplicate in an existing catalog section and to add more products based on this catalog and assign to different users.

Managing the catalog translations

To manage the translations of the categories in English and French. Go to Catalog translations tab under Setting wheel menu to proceed.

1. Set the category translation  

To insert the category translation in English and French in the relative column and Save. 

Congratulation! You have set up the retail catalog in the back office. Proceed now to the application on the tablet to have a look.
