Le New Black is also a platform for you to communicate with your existing and prospect clients. The first invitation will allow your clients to create their password and order on your showroom. The invitations tool can be used also as a reminder of your sales events or to promote a specific collection.

Send an invitation

1. Navigate to My Showroom > Tools > Invite Buyers
   
   
2. Select one of several retailers (up to 30 retailers can be selected) or create a new buyer, and click on Compose message
   
   
3. Fill the different fields. A header image (width 600px / height not constrained, allowed format types: jpg, jpeg, png) can be attached. If there is no header image attached, the system will pitch the document header logo image by default
   
   
4. Fill the "Button label" field to have an explicit button where buyers can click on. If you want your buyers to be redirected on your homepage when they click on the button, copy and paste the URL of your showroom into the "Button URL" field. (eg. https://www.lenewblack.com/democs/wholesale/).
   
   
5. Highlight a specific collection if you wish by selecting a collection on the drop-down menu (not mandatory)
   
   
6. Upload a bottom image (width 600px / height not constrained, allowed format types: jpg, jpeg, png) for your invitation, which will appear in the bottom of your invitation (not mandatory)
   
   
7. Click on Preview invitation to proceed
   
   
8. Check the invitation and click on Send invitation to finish the process.
   
   
   

Use variables on an invitation

Before using variables, we suggest that you check that your retailers data are correctly filled (first name, last name and retailer name). 

When you create an invitation for more than 1 recipient, you may use variables to customise each invitation. Click on the variables below the message box in relevant positions.

If you did not fill the first name and last name in your buyers data, it will display "Buyer" in the invitation.

We are excited to work with !!--RETAILER-NAME--!! and we are glad to invite you to our showroom in July in Paris.
