A brand has sent an invitation, but you can't enter its showroom. The reason why it was caused because there are many profiles under your account. Each time a brand create a profile for you and if there is a different naming between other showrooms, it will create a whole new profile. It causes different profiles linked to different brands.
If you encounter this issue, you may click on different profiles to enter the different showrooms under the Profile icon or please contact Le New Black support to help you merge your profiles. You may send your request to email@example.com or start a chat with Le New Black. However, we can only merge the profiles with the same store name and same address, we merge neither the different email addresses nor the different stores.
