Each time you send a campaign, you can still edit it to add new recipients so they can receive the same message from this campaign as well. You will save time as the previous message is saved.
Please note that your campaign must either be in Draft or Live status to be able to add new recipients. The previous recipients that already received the message will not receive another email. To send another email to the previous recipients, you need to create a new campaign.
To add new recipients to an existing campaign, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Customers menu > Campaigns
- Enter an existing draft or live campaign by clicking on its name and click on Edit & Send campaign button
- Select new retailers to the existing list then click on Compose message button

Edit the message if needed to send another version of the message to the newly added recipients then click on Preview message. Please note that the campaign will only save the latest version of the message thus if you want to keep the history of the first message sent to the previous recipients, you may create a new campaign by following this tutorial
- Review the invitation and click on Send to recipients to finish the process. Please note that if you want to save your campaign as a draft to send it later, you may click on the Close editor button at the top right
