After creating the collection, you can upload looks and lookbook. It help your customers to view the collection more dynamically and to provide them a full concept the collection inspiration.
Uploading a lookbook
Lookbooks can be uploads in PDF file on the showroom main page and in the collection. On the showroom main page, you may upload up to 4 lookbooks and the file limit is under 15MB.
1. Uploading lookbooks on the homepage
To upload lookbooks on your showroom homepage, go to the menu Editorial > Info & Contact.
Click on the title Presentation then you will see on left the Download files tab.
You may upload your lookbooks in PDF files, choose a front cover to display and the name of the lookbook. Click on Save when you uploaded all the information.
2. Uploading lookbooks in collections
In each collection, you may upload up to 2 lookbooks. Once the lookbook is uploaded in the collection, it can be viewed on iPad application and it may be easier for your appointment when presenting the collection to the customers.
Enter a relevant collection and click on Images and file tab. Upload a PDF file and a thumbnail image by choosing an image from the lookbook, and then name the lookbook and Save.
Creating looks
To create temptation by showing your strongest looks or simply showcase your collection in the most consistent way on your showroom. You may link the products to the look to allow the buyer to access the product directly when viewing the looks. Looks can be crated manually or in bulk via CSV file.
Go to the Looks page under Collections menu to begin.

Click on Create a look button. On the following page, choose a collection, set the name and the rank, upload an image and finally click on Save.
2. Linking the product to the look
After the look is created, you may link the products on the showroom to the link by selecting the product in the drop-down list.
Tip: To go even further, you may display your looks on your homepage by creating a new block. Create an "Image" block that will promote your looks and allow your buyers to access your Looks page in one click.

Creating looks via CSV file
First, you may download the template file by clicking on the setting wheel > Integration center > Imports > Looks. Under the Check-list section, click on download sample file to get the template.
Fill the two required columns: Look name and Collection code (or Sales catalog code). Once completed, go back to Integration center > Imports > Looks > Select file, then run the integration of looks.
Linking products to your looks via CSV file
Now that your looks are created, it’s time to link products to each look. You may go to the Integration center > Imports > Look products. The same process in the first step, download the template file and fill the required columns: Look name, Model and Variant (Fabric name).
Once completed, go back to Integration center > Imports > Look products > Select file, then run the integration of look products.
Uploading looks images in bulk
To finish creating your looks, you may now upload your looks images in bulk from the setting wheel > Integration center > Imports > Images > Look images.
For your information, the recommended size for look images is 400px/600px. The name matching is case sensitive so make sure to rename the images exactly the same name you used when creating the looks in the first step.
Once your Look images are well-named, you may upload them by clicking on the blue button Select image or drag and drop images directly in the grey box. When your images are correctly uploaded to the integration center, they will appear on the right in the Available images box.
Click on NEXT to check if every Look images is matched with the right look and confirm the integration by clicking on NEXT again.
Congratulations, you have created your first looks!
Sorting looks
You have created all your looks but you want to sort them to highlight some specific looks? You may go to the menu Collections > Collections or Sales catalog.
Enter the collection/sales catalog and click on the Looks tab on left. You may sort your looks by dragging and dropping each look or use the ranking box by adding numbers in it (eg 1, 2, 3 etc…).
