There are three steps to integrating looks by csv file. First, you need to create the looks, then link the products to the look, and finally integrate the images.

Creating looks

To create looks via csv file:

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Go to the Collections section (Imports column) > Looks
   
   
3. Download the sample file and fill it in making sure the following columns are not empty: Look name and Collection code (or Sales catalog code)
   
   
4. Upload the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button after making sure that the import file is correct
   
   
5. Click on Next after previewing the extracted data
   
   
6. Click on Next again to confirm the looks import
   
   

Linking products to looks

Once you have created the looks as shown in the section above, you may link products to looks created beforehand. To complete this step:

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Go to the Collections section (Imports column) > Looks products
   
   
3. Download the sample file and fill it in making sure the following columns are not empty: Look name, Model, and Variant (Fabric name)
   
   
4. Upload the file by dropping it in the grey box or by clicking on the Select file button after making sure that the import file is correct
   
   
5. Click on Next after previewing the extracted data
   
   
6. Click on Next again to confirm the looks product import
   
   

Uploading looks images in bulk

✔️ Requirement: the name matching is case sensitive. To allow the system to recognise and match them, please make sure to rename the images using the same name you used when creating the looks in the first step.

To upload looks images via csv file:

1. Navigate to the settings wheel > Integration center
   
   
2. Click to open the Images section (Imports column) > Look images
   
   
3. Drag and drop the images in the grey box or click the Select images blue button to choose them from your computer
   
   
4. Click the Next button once all the images are available
   
   
5. Select the relevant collection from the drop-down menu and click the Update button to check if each image matches the right look 
   
   
6. Click on Next to complete the looks images import
